Bio

Hannah Stahl is an artist currently working in Nashville, TN. A 2012 graduate from Vanderbilt University, Stahl majored in Studio Art where she studied with Sharon Louden, Mel Ziegler, Marilyn Murphy and Mark Hosford. Her work has been exhibited at The Fowler-Kellogg Art Center in Chautauqua, NY (2012), The Hutton Hotel in Nashville, TN (2012-2013), Space 204 at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN (2012), Cummins Station in Nashville, TN (2011), and at Moses Brown School in Providence, RI (2013, 2008). In April, 2012, Stahl was awarded the Margaret Stonewall Wooldridge Hamblet Award from Vanderbilt University which provides her $25,000 to be used for independent art study and travel. During the summer of 2012, Stahl attended an artist-in-residence program at The School of Art at Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua, NY. She plans to attend the New York Academy of Art to begin her studies as an MFA candidate starting this September.
